         An 8 hour class followed by an exam that qualifies you

         to be a QFO (qualified food operator) in your kitchen.

         This certification is good for 5 years

 

  • SERVSAFE FOOD HANDLER COURSE

         A 3 hour class for non-management kitchen staff.

 

  • FOOD SAFETY IN-SERVICE

          A 90 minute in-service training, ideal for preschool

          trainings.
