Judy Prager, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who has experience working with groups and individuals of all ages.
She has lectured extensively on a wide variety of nutrition topics, conducted numerous cooking classes and has been on several local access television and radio shows. She co-authored two low fat cookbooks.
Judy has a passion for menu and recipe development and a background in food service. She is a certified ServSafe food safety instrutor.
Ms. Prager is currently the president of the Connecticut Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics and has in the past served as Food Security Chair, Secretary and President Elect.
She shows her commitment to the field of dietetics by being a mentor and preceptor for dietetic students and interns. She was recently asked by The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics to co-author a module for an online Leadership Development Certification on Leadership and E-mentoring.
